General Provisions
This document governs the delivery and payment terms applicable to orders placed through the website’s online shop. The specific delivery charge, available payment methods, and the estimated delivery time are displayed before the order is finalised.

Territorial Scope of Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the following country: Bulgaria. If you require delivery outside this area, please contact us in advance.

Delivery Methods
Deliveries are carried out by Speedy or by another partner announced at the relevant time. The available options may include delivery to an address, delivery to an office/locker, or personal collection, where provided on the website. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer from the moment they are received.

Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within the stated working time: 72 hours from the order being placed. Estimated delivery times depend on availability, destination, courier services, and public holidays. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. In the event of a delay, we will notify the customer using the contact details provided.

Delivery Charges
The delivery charge is stated separately before the order is completed, unless free delivery has been announced for the particular order. For certain payment methods or destinations, additional charges may apply, and these will be displayed during the ordering process.

Payment Methods

Where payment is made through an external payment operator, the terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider shall also apply.

Delivery Issues
