At Grape Central, the menu is short and the dinners long and heady (probably because of the 300 wines on offer). It’s more of a wine bar, but it feels like a neat French restaurant where everyone is close. Krissi is the nice girl behind the bar who will pour you the right wine for the emotional state you’re in and is almost certain to infect you with her wide smile. The food is more of a complement to the wine, but it’s delicious and prepared with thought, curiosity and lots of love. There are often wine events so it’s better to keep an eye on their social media.
