If you are looking for ideas on how to have an enjoyable and interactive experience with your children – Muzeiko is your place to spend a few relaxing hours in interesting and fun activities! It is inspired by children’s science centres in the USA and combines the latest approaches to developing and engaging children of different ages. The interactive exhibits are over 130 and spark children’s curiosity about science, architecture, engineering, ecology, communications, and the arts.
The symbolic and physical centre of the space is the “giant” tree, a huge structure that is the link between the lowest and highest points of Muzeiko, but also of prehistory with the cosmos, of the past with the future. Around the tree, the interior is divided into eras – “past” on floor 0, “present” on floor 1, and “future” on floor 2 and the roof, with each period represented by the most interesting of its inherent sciences through games and demonstrations. You can also visit the beautiful planetarium, which offers science displays about space, the moon, and the stars.
As the largest children’s science centre in Eastern Europe, Muzeiko is prepared to answer each conceivable question little explorers can think of. It is an excellent opportunity for children to experiment through play and encounter science first-hand through all their senses.
#soSofia tip: It’s interesting to grown ups too.
