“SOL”, like salt, is a food bar. A little place for people who like ‘pleasures’. These are the words of the owners introducing themselves to the general public. Casual but cosy, without pretension but frequented by people with a distinct respect for food. It is rather trendy street food, suitable for old school drinks. Despite the limited number of daily offerings, you’ll always find something to your liking. We personally adore their offbeat offal like pork belly and ears, lamb tongues or duck liver + hearts. Drinks are standard though, don’t expect a bartender with a twisted mustache.
