Описание
The new art heart of Sofia – Toplocentrala (meaning the Heat Plant) is a joint initiative of a group of artists from the independent art scene and Sofia Municipality, which started in 2014 with the main idea to transform the former heat plant, built for the National Palace of Culture in 1981, into a Center for contemporary European art. Today it has several multifunctional performing arts stages and its own gallery space.
