Established in 2001 at the southern end of the Mladost 4 residential district, Business Park Sofia is the first office park in Bulgaria and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe. With 15 buildings, over 300,000 square metres of floor space and hundreds of companies, it is a city within a city – with a rhythm different from the city centre, yet sharing the same urban pulse.

In 2023, the park was given a new lease of life – this time not in terms of square metres, but in terms of purpose. The team at the Kolektiv Foundation, together with residents, staff and artists, transformed the roof of one of the buildings into a cultural space open to all. The result: 3,000 square metres of freedom, concerts, exhibitions and the largest horizontal graffiti mural in Bulgaria.
